From her earliest memories of standing by her mother's side watching her cook simple yet exquisite Italian dishes for the family to cooking traditional Tuscan plates in Florence Italy, Cristina has always had food on her mind. Cristina has a great eye for detail and enjoys using the cake as a blank canvas for creating wonderful piping designs and hand sculpted sugar paste accents.

Daniel Ferrari is the other half of the Dolce Idea team. Over the years, Daniel has perfected his ability in working with the fine art of pastry. He has developed an extraordinary talent in carefully sculpted specialty cakes. Daniel can turn a simple cake into a 3D masterpiece.
